Parafield Aviation Heritage Centre

The Parafield Aviation Heritage Centre is housed in the old fire station building on Kings Road. The Centre includes memorabilia and historical accounts from Parafield Airport and South Australia’s early aviation pioneers.

Showcasing key themes and events that have occurred at Parafield Airport over the past 90 years, the Centre is a visitor attraction for the northern suburbs and an educational hub for school groups.

A significant number of aviation and heritage experts provided their support to bring this project to fruition.

The Parafield Aviation Heritage Centre is available for group bookings by appointment only during these times:

Monday – Friday between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability, our policies and procedures, and current SA Health guidelines.
